Right to Cancel
 

You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason for doing so.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, take(s) or took possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or a fax or email). You may use the enclosed template cancellation form for this but this is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, sending notification of your intent to exercise your right to cancel before expiry of the cancellation period shall suffice.

Consequences of the Cancellation
 

When you cancel this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately, and within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract at the latest. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction unless something different has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees as a result of this reimbursement. We shall be entitled to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back again or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.

You must send or give the goods back to us immediately, and always within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be required to pay for any depreciation in value of the goods where such depreciation in value is attributable to handling by you other than that necessary to verify the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
